As part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to strengthening academic integrity and ensuring fairness and transparency in student assessment, the University President, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, conducted a field visit on May 25, 2026, to the central and sub-examination committees in the Colleges of Medical Technologies, Medicine, and Engineering to review the progress of final examination correction and auditing procedures. The visit aimed to monitor the approved mechanisms of electronic and manual correction and auditing processes and to ensure the application of the highest standards of accuracy and objectivity in grade calculation, guaranteeing that every student receives their full academic entitlement in accordance with approved regulations and instructions. The tour included reviewing examination booklets auditing procedures and result verification mechanisms. The University President received a detailed briefing from committee heads and members regarding the stages of work and the organizational procedures adopted to ensure the efficient and timely completion of examination results. Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi emphasized the vital role of examination committees in supporting the educational process and stressed the importance of adhering to quality, transparency, and accuracy standards throughout all stages of correction and auditing to strengthen students’ confidence in the examination outcomes. At the conclusion of the visit, the University President praised the significant efforts made by the examination committees and their staff, commending their high level of responsibility and dedication. He affirmed that the success of correction and auditing procedures represents a fundamental pillar in supporting educational quality and achieving academic excellence. Al-Mustaqbal University is the first university in Iraq.
