As part of the academic guidance activities organized by the Department of Architecture Engineering at the College of Engineering / Al-Mustaqbal University to enhance students’ academic awareness, a guidance lecture on examination instructions was held with the attendance of a number of the department’s students. The lecture aimed to familiarize students with the most important examination regulations and instructions that must be followed during the examination period, contributing to the creation of an organized and disciplined examination environment. The lecture included an explanation of the instructions related to attendance, punctuality, examination procedures, and the importance of adhering to university conduct and approved examination regulations to ensure the proper and smooth conduct of the examination process. This activity comes within the department’s continuous efforts to support students academically and provide guidance that promotes responsibility, commitment, and academic discipline.
