The Deanship of the College has announced the examination instructions for students and emphasized the necessity of full compliance with all regulations without exception. Gathering inside classrooms, corridors, or near the entrances of college buildings before or after examinations is strictly prohibited for any reason. It is also strictly forbidden to bring children into the university campus or examination halls under any circumstances. During the examination period, the organization of any events, celebrations, birthdays, or the distribution of gifts and refreshments inside the university campus is not permitted. The instructions also strictly prohibit wearing military uniforms or any clothing bearing non-university symbols or logos, while adherence to modest university dress code is required. Wearing sportswear or inappropriate clothing such as slippers, shorts, or any appearance that does not comply with university regulations is also prohibited. Furthermore, smoking is strictly prohibited inside classrooms, corridors, and internal campus areas. The use of mobile phones or headphones inside examination halls is not allowed, and students are required to turn off their phones before entering. Students must also arrive early before the scheduled examination time to avoid crowding and delays, and present their university ID card when requested by examination committees or security staff. Maintaining complete silence and avoiding any disturbance near examination halls is essential to ensure the smooth conduct of examinations. It is also strictly prohibited to bring any papers, notes, or unauthorized electronic devices into the examination halls. Full cooperation with examination committees and security personnel is required to ensure order and safety for all.
