A Pioneering Academic Partnership Between University of Al-Mustaqbal and Mansoura University to Advance Excellence in Higher Education

As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen Arab academic cooperation and consolidate strategic partnerships in higher education, the University of Al-Mustaqbal welcomed a high-level delegation from Mansoura University, headed by Professor Dr. Sherif Youssef Khater, President of the University, and accompanied by Professor Dr. Mohamed Ateya El-Bayoumi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs. On this occasion, an expanded academic meeting was held under the chairmanship of Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdy, President of the University of Al-Mustaqbal, and attended by members of the University Council. The meeting focused on exploring prospects for future collaboration and developing joint academic and scientific initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of higher education and serving students and researchers in both brotherly countries. At the outset of the meeting, the President of the University of Al-Mustaqbal welcomed the visiting delegation and expressed his pride in this important visit, which reflects the depth of the institutional relationship between the two universities. He emphasized that the existing cooperation between them represents a successful model of Arab academic partnerships, particularly in light of previous joint achievements, most notably the hosting of the Master’s Program in Law, as well as the exchange of scientific visits and student delegations. For his part, the President of Mansoura University expressed his sincere appreciation for the warm reception, praising the advanced academic and technological progress achieved by the University of Al-Mustaqbal and the distinguished leadership vision of its President. He also affirmed Mansoura University’s full readiness to expand areas of cooperation and to mobilize its scientific, research, and academic capabilities in support of joint educational initiatives and projects. He noted that proposed areas of cooperation include the exchange of academic and research expertise, the development of joint educational programs across various scientific and humanities disciplines, and the provision of opportunities for students and researchers from the University of Al-Mustaqbal to benefit from Mansoura University’s advanced scientific facilities and resources. During the meeting, Professor Dr. Mudhafar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, delivered a comprehensive presentation highlighting the University of Al-Mustaqbal’s achievements in scientific research, digital transformation, academic quality enhancement, and international partnerships, as well as its ambitious vision for expanding regional and international cooperation. Professor Dr. Ammar Al-Husseini, Dean of the College of Law, also reviewed the significant progress made in the Master’s Program in Law, emphasizing the positive impact of fruitful cooperation with Mansoura University in enhancing the academic and research standards of postgraduate students and reinforcing academic quality assurance. The meeting also featured valuable contributions from the university vice presidents and deans, who discussed mechanisms for advancing joint academic work and expanding cooperation in education, scientific research, training, and innovation.
