Tuesday, May 12, 2026 – The Dean of the College of Health and Medical Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Zahraa Halim Al-Qayyim, held a meeting with members of the examination committee in the Department of Medical Laboratory Techniques to discuss the final preparations for the ministerial examination of Molecular Biology for second-stage students, scheduled to be held on Wednesday. The meeting was attended by the Head of the Department of Medical Laboratory Techniques, Lecturer Dr. Dhulfiqar Ahmed Hamza, and the Department Rapporteur Dr. Mohammed Haider Hamad, along with members of the examination committee and several faculty members. Discussions focused on the organizational and administrative aspects related to the examination process and the implementation of approved ministerial instructions. The meeting emphasized the importance of preparing examination halls and organizing student seating arrangements in accordance with examination regulations, in addition to ensuring the readiness of committees and invigilators and providing all necessary requirements to guarantee a smooth examination process. During the meeting, the Dean stressed the importance of accuracy, organization, and teamwork within the examination halls to ensure the success of the examination process, while also highlighting the need to provide students with a suitable environment that helps them perform their examinations in a calm and organized atmosphere. The discussion also included mechanisms for distributing responsibilities among examination committee members, procedures for handling emergency situations according to approved instructions, and reviewing ministerial examination guidelines to ensure their accurate implementation. For his part, the Head of the Department emphasized the importance of continuous cooperation and coordination between faculty members and examination committees, noting that the department is working to provide all necessary requirements to ensure the success of the ministerial examinations and maintain high standards of organization and quality. This meeting is part of a series of preparatory sessions organized by the college administration and academic departments in preparation for the ministerial examinations, in line with Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to enhancing academic and examination quality standards.
