The Department of Artificial Intelligence at Al-Mustaqbal University announces to all second-year students the necessity of fully adhering to the instructions of the ministerial examination scheduled for next Monday, in order to ensure a smooth and well-organized examination process.
The department confirmed that students must arrive at the university at 8:00 a.m., and all students must be inside the examination halls by 8:30 a.m. No student will be allowed to enter after this time under any circumstances. The examination process will be supervised by a ministerial committee from the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority, in addition to the Committee of College Deans.
The department also outlined several important examination instructions, including the exclusive use of a black ballpoint pen for answering and shading, as well as accurately shading the student code on the Bubble Sheet and ensuring it matches the assigned code.
Students are also required to bring the fourth badge along with an official photo identification document, such as a national ID card, driving license, or passport. In addition, mobile phones, earphones, and smart watches are strictly prohibited inside the examination halls.
The announcement further stated that mobile phones must be handed over to the person responsible for keeping them on the fourth floor of the Humanitarian Building. Wearing caps, face masks, or sunglasses inside the examination halls is also prohibited, and students must sit only in their assigned seats and designated rows.
The department emphasized that bringing any electronic device into the examination hall is considered an examination violation that may lead to failing the academic year. Incorrect shading of the student code may also result in answers not being counted correctly.
At the conclusion of the announcement, the Department of Artificial Intelligence wished all students continued success and excellence, hoping their efforts will be crowned with outstanding results in the ministerial examinations.
