The College of Agricultural Technologies at Al-Mustaqbal University welcomed a scientific delegation from the Veterinary Teaching Hospital in Babylon on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen academic cooperation and exchange scientific expertise between educational institutions and specialized veterinary organizations.
The visiting delegation included Dr. Doaa Saadi Karim, PhD in Molecular Genetics and Head of the Agricultural Entrepreneurship Unit; Ms. Radhab Sufyan Abdul Shahid, holder of a Master’s degree in Biological Resistance Techniques; and Ms. Taif Reis Hegel, holder of a Master’s degree in Veterinary Medicine / Microbiology.
The visit included a tour of the scientific laboratories and classrooms at the college, in addition to discussions on several scientific topics related to animal production and modern agricultural technologies. The two sides also explored prospects for future cooperation in research and training fields that contribute to enhancing students’ scientific and practical skills.
During the meeting, both sides emphasized the importance of strengthening academic relations and exchanging scientific expertise in line with the requirements of scientific development and the advancement of the agricultural and veterinary sectors. They also praised the vital role of educational institutions in supporting scientific research and promoting sustainable development.
At the conclusion of the visit, the delegation expressed its appreciation and gratitude to the Deanship of the College of Agricultural Technologies for the warm reception and excellent organization, wishing the college continued success and progress in its academic and scientific journey.
