The engineering technical teams at Al-Mustaqbal University demonstrated remarkable excellence during their participation in the National Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Applications Championship, held on Saturday, 2/5/2026, inside the campus of Al-Mustaqbal University. The event reflected the high level of scientific development and innovation among students. This participation came under the patronage of the University Presidency and the supervision of the Deanship of the Technical Engineering College, where a meeting was organized between the college administration and the participating student teams, aiming to support students and enhance their capabilities in the fields of robotics and artificial intelligence. The event witnessed wide participation of 17 teams comprising 74 male and female students from various scientific departments, reflecting the level of academic engagement within the college. The Department of Cybersecurity Engineering Technologies led the participation with 7 teams and 35 students, followed by the Department of Computer Engineering Technologies with 5 teams, and the Department of Artificial Intelligence Technologies with 3 teams and 11 students, in addition to other teams from various departments whose details were not specified in the available data. This participation highlights the importance of fostering an innovative environment within the university and supporting its orientation toward modern technologies, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure).
