The Department of biology at Al-Mustaqbal University announced on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, the examination instructions for the second semester for second- and third-year students, in preparation for the final examinations scheduled to begin on Saturday, May 9, 2026. These instructions aim to regulate the examination process and ensure its smooth conduct by emphasizing students’ commitment to the approved rules and regulations inside the examination halls. University ID and Badge: Students must carry the updated university badge along with an official identification card and place them on the examination booklet inside the hall for identity verification. Prohibition of Electronic Devices: It is strictly prohibited to bring mobile phones of all types or electronic watches into the examination hall to maintain exam integrity. Seating Arrangement: Students must sit in their assigned seats according to the previously announced seating plans. Switching seats or moving to another hall is not allowed. Silence in the Hall: Talking inside the examination hall is strictly prohibited to ensure a suitable environment for all students. Prohibition of Materials: No books, notes, or papers related to the subject are allowed inside the examination hall. Examination Booklet Care: Tearing any page from the examination booklet under any circumstances is prohibited. Discipline in the Hall: Students must maintain high discipline, remain calm, and respect all examination instructions. No Writing on Question Papers: Writing on the question paper is strictly prohibited. Pen Requirement: Answers must be written using only blue or black ink pens to ensure clear marking. Dress Code: Military uniforms are not allowed during examinations. No Postponement: Examinations cannot be postponed except under officially approved regulations. Required Supplies: Students must bring all necessary examination materials, and borrowing inside the hall is not allowed. Cheating Penalty: In case of cheating or attempted cheating, the student will be considered failed in all subjects for the academic year. In case of repetition, the student will be dismissed from the college and their registration cancelled. Tuition Payment: Full payment of tuition fees for the academic year 2025–2026 is required to obtain the new exam entry badge.
