Future University President conducts academic tour to strengthen global cooperation

The President of Future University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Magdy, participated in a high-level ministerial delegation on an academic visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt, headed by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Scientific Research Affairs, Professor Dr. Haider Abdul Dhahd. The visit aimed to enhance scientific cooperation and expand academic partnerships between the two countries. The visit included meetings with several universities and scientific institutions, including Al-Azhar University, where discussions focused on developing cooperation in scientific research and exchanging academic expertise. The delegation also reviewed joint postgraduate programs with Mansoura University and commended the Master of Laws program hosted at Future University as a successful model of academic collaboration. The delegation also held meetings at the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to discuss mechanisms for mutual recognition and twinning programs. Additionally, they visited Elsevier to learn about the latest AI-based scientific publishing technologies and explore ways to enhance the international presence of Iraqi research. The University President emphasized that this participation aligns with the university's commitment to academic openness and the application of international quality standards, contributing to the development of the educational and research environment and strengthening the university's position regionally and internationally.
