Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Agricultural Technologies, Professor Dr. Mahdi Abdul-Kadhim Abed, the College organized a specialized scientific workshop entitled "Nursing Basics and First Aid." The event took place on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM, in the presence of several students and faculty members. The workshop aimed to enhance health culture among participants and develop their skills in dealing with emergencies by introducing the fundamental principles of nursing and essential first aid methods for daily life. The session was presented by Lecturer Dr. Ismail Mohammed Kadhim Al-Saadi, a faculty member at the College of Nursing, Al-Mustaqbal University. He reviewed, in a simplified scientific manner, the most important initial procedures to be followed during accidents or health emergencies, providing practical applications that helped consolidate these concepts for the audience. The workshop witnessed remarkable interaction from participants, who raised numerous questions and inquiries, contributing to an enriched discussion and deepening the scientific benefit. At the conclusion of the workshop, the College Deanship reaffirmed its commitment to organizing such scientific activities that elevate students' health awareness and enhance their practical skills to serve the community, praising the efforts of both the lecturer and the participants in making this scientific event a success.
