Al-Mustaqbal University strengthened its scientific and research directions through an official visit conducted by a university delegation to the Educational and Psychological Research Center at the University of Baghdad. The visit came within the framework of the university’s efforts to expand academic cooperation and open broader channels of communication with reputable research institutions in support of scientific and academic development. The delegation was headed by Prof. Dr. Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision at Al-Mustaqbal University, accompanied by Dr. Samir Badrawi, Director of the Cultural Relations Department. The delegation was received by Dr. Fadhil Al-Saadi, Director of the Educational and Psychological Research Center, who welcomed the visit and praised its importance in strengthening scientific communication and exchanging expertise between academic and research institutions. The meeting discussed ways to develop joint cooperation in the fields of educational and psychological research, in addition to exploring opportunities for exchanging scientific expertise and organizing joint academic and research activities that contribute to enhancing the academic and research performance of both sides. During the visit, both parties emphasized the importance of scientific openness between universities and research centers, as well as its role in supporting the quality of higher education, promoting a productive research environment, and enabling academic staff to exchange knowledge and experience in a way that serves students, researchers, and educational institutions. This visit comes as part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to building effective partnerships with scientific and research institutions in Iraq and supporting efforts aimed at developing scientific research. It also aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals. The visit concluded with mutual emphasis on the importance of continuing coordination and cooperation between Al-Mustaqbal University and the Educational and Psychological Research Center. The university delegation expressed its appreciation for the warm reception, reaffirming the university’s commitment to developing solid scientific relations that support the academic and research process.
