In Collaboration with the Continuing Education Unit: A Training Course on Office Suite Basics Held at the Building and Construction Engineering Technologies Department

Under the auspices of the College Deanship, and in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, the Building and Construction Engineering Technologies Department organized a specialized training course titled: "Office Suite Basics for Beginners" The course was presented by the faculty member Alaa Hussein Abdul Amir and held at the Engineering Building. Target Audience: The course saw active participation from: First-stage students of the Building and Construction Engineering Technologies Department, aimed at equipping them with essential academic tools. A group of college staff members, as part of the college's plan to enhance administrative and technical proficiency. Key Course Pillars: The session covered the fundamental principles required for daily professional tasks, including: Microsoft Word: Techniques for formatting official documents and engineering reports. Microsoft Excel: Skills for data management, spreadsheets, and basic computational functions. Microsoft PowerPoint: Creating professional presentations for projects and lectures. Objectives of the Initiative: The Continuing Education Unit emphasized that such courses are part of a series of activities aimed at raising the efficiency of both students and staff. This initiative reflects the college’s commitment to keeping pace with technological advancements and integrating them into the academic and administrative environment.
