As part of the activities of the "4th International Future Sustainability Week," the Art Activities Unit at the Deanery of the Technical Engineering College at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a specialized exhibition of handicrafts and artisanal innovations. The event coincided with the "First Future Forum for Fuel and Energy" held on April 13, 2026.
The exhibition was held under the direct supervision of Engineer Nourhan Thamer Assi, Head of the Art Activities Unit, with the participation of a group of faculty members. The event witnessed an active and distinguished presence of students from the Fuel and Energy Engineering Department, who played the most effective and prominent role in this activity. The exhibition aimed to highlight the blend of engineering precision and artistic creativity within the context of sustainability.
The pavilion featured a remarkable display of student works in cold ceramic art and a variety of handicrafts that reflected high execution skills. This contributed to adding an aesthetic and innovative atmosphere to the scientific forum and opened horizons for exchanging artistic expertise among participants.
This activity aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 9 regarding industry and innovation, by presenting artistic visions that enhance academic awareness and nurture student talents in line with the university's strategy to provide a comprehensive and creative educational environment.
The Art Activities Unit emphasized that this exhibition serves as a cornerstone in supporting extracurricular activities and reinforcing the concepts of excellence adopted by Al-Mustaqbal University in community service and pioneering innovation.
