On 2026/4/23, the Department of Medical Biotechnology at the College of Science organized a scientific seminar for third-year students within the Vaccines course, titled “Inactivated Vaccines”, presented by student Hawraa Jaleel and student Baqir Mohammed, under the supervision of Lecturer Dr. Sara Kamel Abboud. The seminar addressed key scientific topics related to inactivated vaccines, their mechanism of action, and their importance in stimulating the immune system, with an academic presentation delivered by the students that reflected a good level of understanding and scientific analysis. This activity comes as part of the department’s efforts to develop students’ scientific and research skills and enhance their abilities in presentation and academic delivery, contributing to preparing qualified graduates capable of keeping up with scientific advancements.
