awareness workshop titled “Managing Psychological Stress During Studies” on Wednesday, 22/04/2026, delivered by Assistant Lecturer Ali Marza Al-Issawi.
This workshop was held as part of the department’s efforts to promote mental well-being and create a supportive and motivating educational environment.
The workshop addressed the main causes of psychological stress faced by students during their academic journey, such as exam pressure, limited time, and multiple responsibilities, while also highlighting the negative effects of unmanaged stress.
The lecturer also presented a set of practical strategies for coping with stress, including time management, setting priorities, practicing relaxation techniques, and emphasizing the importance of social support and positive communication within the academic and family environment.
