Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Roudhan Salman, the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, in cooperation with the Department of English, organized a cultural dialogue workshop on April 21, 2026, titled “Enhancing the Role of Female Students in University Life,” held at the College of Education. The workshop was presented by Professor Dr. Sahira Qahtan Abdul Jabbar and Assistant Lecturer Zainab Tayeh Ahimed. It emphasized the importance of the role of female university students within the educational and developmental system, their active participation in decision-making, and ways of empowering them academically, professionally, psychologically, and socially. The workshop also shed light on mechanisms for developing programs and services that respond to female students’ needs, contributing to achieving a balance between their various roles inside and outside the university. The event was attended by the Head of the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, Dr. Abdul Salam Jawdat, along with a number of faculty members. The workshop concluded with the development of clear mechanisms and practical recommendations aimed at meeting the needs and requirements of female university students and enhancing their role in achieving sustainable development. #College_of_Education #AlMustaqbal_University
