The Department of Dialysis Kidney Techniques at the College of Health and Medical Techniques, Al-Mustaqbal University, organized a scientific workshop on Renal Function Tests entitled “Indicators of Renal Performance” on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. The workshop was delivered by Dr. Tuqa Hazim Abdullah Ajrash, a faculty member in the department. The workshop focused on training students and teaching them how to perform kidney function tests, including protein analysis and creatinine testing, while highlighting their importance in the diagnosis and monitoring of medical conditions. The workshop aimed to develop students’ skills in conducting the laboratory investigations required for patients with renal failure, thereby enhancing their scientific knowledge and practical competencies. This workshop comes as part of the department’s efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education), through the academic and practical development of students’ capabilities.
