Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Education at Al-Mustaqbal University, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Roudhan Salman, Assistant Professor Dr. Haider Kadhim Moula organized a scientific seminar titled “The Role of Motivation in the Educational Process.” The seminar was held on Tuesday morning, April 7, 2026, in the Humanities Building on campus. The seminar addressed the concept of motivation and highlighted its importance in encouraging students to engage in the learning process. The speaker reviewed a number of modern educational strategies that help enhance students’ motivation and increase their interaction inside the classroom, as well as explaining its impact on improving learning outcomes. The seminar was attended by a number of faculty members and students, and was conducted in an interactive academic manner that included multiple discussion points and an open dialogue session. This contributed to the exchange of ideas and experiences regarding the most effective ways to develop students’ motivation.
