The Department of Artificial Intelligence at Al-Mustaqbal University organized an awareness activity on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, inside the university campus under the slogan “Smarter Energy, a Cleaner Planet,” as part of the Fourth Sustainability Week events. The activity was supervised by Assistant Lecturer Banin Nadhim Sarhan, with the participation of the department’s students, as part of efforts to enhance environmental awareness and promote sustainability culture within the university community. The activity involved distributing awareness brochures to Al-Mustaqbal University students, which included information about the importance of smart energy and its role in reducing environmental pollution and achieving a more sustainable environment. This initiative aims to strengthen students’ understanding of sustainability concepts and encourage them to adopt environmentally friendly behaviors, in line with the university’s vision of supporting environmental initiatives and linking academic knowledge with practical applications. The event comes as part of a series of activities within the Fourth Sustainability Week, which seeks to reinforce the concepts of sustainable development, particularly those related to clean energy and climate action, and to achieve a more environmentally conscious and sustainable university environment.
