Lecturer M.M. Istabraq Aref Mohammed conducted a scientific workshop entitled “Practical Biochemistry” on Monday, April 13, 2026, as part of the scientific activities of the Department of Biochemistry. The workshop addressed a range of practical topics related to laboratory procedures in biochemistry, with a focus on key techniques used in practical work and the proper handling of laboratory instruments and materials according to precise scientific principles. It also aimed to enhance students’ practical skills and bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and laboratory applications. The workshop witnessed active participation from students, where discussions and questions were encouraged, contributing to clarifying many scientific concepts and improving their practical understanding. This workshop comes as part of the department’s ongoing efforts to enhance students’ academic and practical levels and to strengthen the applied learning environment within laboratories.
