Participation Conditions
Observe the specified deadlines and regulations.
The paper must not exceed 25 pages.
The paper must be submitted within one of the conference tracks.
The paper must follow scientific research style and legal methodology.
Papers are accepted in Arabic or English.
The papers will be published in Al-Mustaqbal Journal of Legal Studies, and a number of distinguished papers will be selected for publication in the Journal of Legal and Economic Research, Faculty of Law, Mansoura University.
The College of Law / Al-Mustaqbal University will bear hotel accommodation expenses for participating Iraqi researchers from outside the province for one night only, excluding transportation expenses.
Participation Regulations
Abstracts not exceeding 400 words, typed in a Word file, must be submitted by 15/1/2026 as the final deadline for receiving abstracts.
Abstracts are subject to scientific evaluation, and researchers will be notified electronically of acceptance within one week from the date of receipt.
Full papers shall be sent electronically in Word format after the researcher is notified electronically of acceptance, within no more than two weeks.
Papers are also subject to scientific evaluation by specialized experts, and the researcher will be notified electronically of acceptance no later than 1/4/2026.
