This unit was created on 7/25/2019, and it put dots on the letters by removing obstacles, finding effective solutions, and changing the patterns followed and trends in the search for... A job in the private sector instead of the public sector. The division sets the students and university graduates as its primary goal in terms of training and qualifying them for the labor market and in terms of qualifying them to enter the world of entrepreneurship, as well as developing the capabilities and skills of university students so that they can apply and compete for jobs after graduation through various training and qualification programs during their studies and in addition to creating prospects for cooperation. It works with the public and private sectors with the aim of marketing their projects. It also encourages them and provides the necessary support for them to complete the graduate studies process through international agreements.

Professor Dr. Abbas Al-Bawi, Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, presented an overview of the results of the national ministerial standardized examinations, highlighting the high success rates achieved by the University's academic departments. These results reflect the quality of academic programs, the competence of faculty members, and the continuous efforts devoted to improving learning outcomes The meeting also included a presentation by Professor Dr. Mudhafar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, who reviewed the University's most notable achievements in international rankings. He explained that Al-Mustaqbal University has continued to strengthen its global presence by securing distinguished positions in several prestigious international rankings, most notably the Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2026. In a further affirmation of its academic and research advancement, Al-Mustaqbal University continues to strengthen its presence on the international stage after achieving outstanding results in the 2026 URAP World University Ranking, marking a significant accomplishment that reflects its growing scientific impact both locally and globally The ranking results showed that Al-Mustaqbal University has maintained its leading position among Iraqi private universities and colleges for the third consecutive year, an achievement that embodies the university’s sustained excellence in scientific research, academic publishing, and citation performance The university also secured third place among all Iraqi universities, both public and private, further consolidating its status as one of the most influential and distinguished higher education institutions in Iraq At the international level, Al-Mustaqbal University recorded a remarkable advancement of 294 positions compared with last year’s ranking.
