Al‑Mustaqbal University announces the launch of the 5th Annual Al-Mustaqbal Book Fair, which will be held on April 4, 2026, serving as a distinctive cultural platform that brings together knowledge and creativity within the university campus. The fair aims to support cultural and academic activities and to promote a love of reading among students by presenting a diverse collection of scientific and literary books. The event will feature the participation of several publishing houses and specialized institutions, in addition to cultural activities that contribute to enhancing intellectual awareness.
The Eurasia Higher Education Summit (EURIE) is a leading international event that brings together universities, academic institutions, and researchers from around the world. Held in Istanbul from April 7–9, 2026, the summit aims to foster global collaboration, exchange knowledge, and explore the latest innovations and trends in higher education, contributing to the advancement of academic quality and scientific research worldwide.
Stay tuned for a remarkable scientific event at Al-Mustaqbal University, as the university prepares to launch the 4th International Al-Mustaqbal Sustainability Week 2026 under the slogan “An Academic Vision for a Green and Sustainable Future.” The event will take place from 12–15 April 2026 at 9:00 AM at Al-Mustaqbal University – Babylon, Iraq, under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and under the supervision of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi. The week will feature four days of scientific and cultural activities highlighting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and bringing together academics, researchers, and students in one of the university’s largest sustainability events. In celebration of World Intellectual Property Day, observed annually on April 26, and marked this year under the theme “Intellectual Property and Sports: Be Ready, Get Set, Innovate,” Al-Mustaqbal University is organizing its annual workshop to highlight this important global occasion. The workshop is held under the patronage of Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi and the supervision of Professor Dr. Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision. It will be conducted under the title “Iraqi Patents: Figures and Indicators.” The event will take place at the Student Activities Hall (Medical Building) at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 25, 2026.
