Under the patronage of Al-Mustaqbal University President Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, the University launched Erasmus Days 2026, attended by vice presidents, deans, the Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, and directors of departments and divisions at the University Presidency. The initiative aims to strengthen international academic cooperation and expand partnerships with European universities and educational institutions. As part of the event, Ms. Ilaf Salah Mahdi, Head of the Erasmus Unit at the University Presidency, delivered an introductory workshop highlighting the role of Erasmus+ in supporting higher education, developing academic and professional skills, and expanding mobility and exchange opportunities for students, faculty members, and researchers. The workshop also explored priority areas and opportunities for scientific collaboration and the exchange of expertise and best academic practices. Al-Mustaqbal University’s participation in this international initiative, held this year under the theme “Learning and Growing: Skills for Tomorrow,” reflects its commitment to developing essential and digital skills, supporting faculty professional development, and strengthening its presence in the international higher education community. This initiative underscores the University’s commitment to expanding international partnerships, fostering a culture of internationalization, and creating quality opportunities for learning, training, and academic exchange—advancing educational and research excellence and supporting its vision of becoming a sustainable university and a global leader. #Al-Mustaqbal_University #Ranked_first_among_private_universities_in_Iraq #Goal_17_Partnerships_for_the_Goals
