In line with Al-Mustaqbal University’s vision to expand its scientific and academic partnerships both within Iraq and abroad, and to strengthen its institutional presence in the fields of education and scientific research, the University has signed a scientific and academic cooperation agreement with Ishtar Technical Medical Institute. This new step reflects its strategic vision toward openness and integration with both public and private educational institutions. The agreement was signed on behalf of Al-Mustaqbal University by Professor Dr. Mudhaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairy, Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, representing the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdy. It was signed on the other side by Professor Dr. Haider Al-Mousawi, Dean of Ishtar Technical Medical Institute. The memorandum covers several areas of mutual interest, including scientific and academic cooperation, exchange of expertise and knowledge, organization of joint activities, as well as support for training and development programs, all of which contribute to enhancing the quality of education and fostering an environment of creativity and institutional excellence. During the signing ceremony, both sides emphasized the importance of building effective partnerships among educational institutions in a manner consistent with current requirements, serving the progress of higher education, enhancing opportunities for sustainable development, and preparing national competencies capable of leading the future.
