As part of its vision to expand scientific partnerships and strengthen its academic presence at both the Arab and international levels, Al-Mustaqbal University held a virtual meeting via closed-circuit television with Al-Azhar University in the Arab Republic of Egypt to discuss prospects for joint cooperation in areas of mutual interest. The meeting was attended by the President of the University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, and the Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, Professor Dr. Mudhaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairy, along with a number of department directors from the university presidency. From the side of Al-Azhar University, several officials and specialized academics also participated. During the meeting, a comprehensive presentation was delivered on Al-Mustaqbal University, highlighting its major achievements in scientific research, the enhancement of the educational process, and the development of the academic environment. The presentation also reviewed the university’s successful Arab and international partnerships established in recent years, in addition to its advanced positions in global rankings and its distinguished standing in the national university classification. The two sides also exchanged views regarding mechanisms for activating future cooperation, including academic exchange programs, joint scientific research, the organization of scientific events, and the sharing of expertise in ways that serve the goals of both academic institutions and support the higher education sectors in the two brotherly countries.
