Career development center organized the innovation course in cooperation with the Directorate of Labor and Social Affairs in Babylon, which gives the trainees experience in preparing feasibility studies and learning the skills of the labor market to suit the success and stability of the project and methods of teamwork and the ability to make the right decisions with direct training and supervision With the chief engineer (Baqer Al-Araji) and a senior engineer, Sarah Abdel-Razzaq, where 30 trainees participated in the course, which lasted for 5 days, in the central library hall in the engineering building
