Under the slogan (Intellectual Property and Sustainable Development Goals): "Building Our Future through Innovation and Creativity"

The Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control (COSQC), being the representative of Iraq to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), has launched a “celebration week” from April 28, 2024 until May 2, 2024 to celebrate the World Intellectual Day. AL-Mustaqbal University has participated in this event with a seminar conducted under the auspices of university president; Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, who delegated Assistant Professor Abbas Al-Bawi to attend the seminar. The seminar included a distinguished presentation, presented by Dr. Samir Ibrahim Abbas, Head of the Cultural Relations Division, and was attended by an alit of professors and students from the university. The Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control chose Al-Mustaqbal University to participate alongside other distinguished universities in celebrating this day.

AL-Mustaqbal University participated in the 29th Forum for Exchange of Training Opportunities among Arab Universities

This participation aligns with the directives of the University President, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, to engage with universities inside and outside Iraq through participating in various events and activities, and exchanging views and ideas to achieve high-quality education. The forum took place from April 28 to 29, 2024, at Erbil Polytechnic University in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, and was organized by the Arab Council for Training and Student Innovation. Representing AL-Mustaqbal University at the forum were Assistant Professor Mudhffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, Director of Academic and Scientific Supervision, and Dr. Riad Hamed Salman, Director of the Quality Assurance Department in the university. It is well noted that AL-Mustaqbal University is keen to provide efficient and effective training opportunities to its students, that contribute to gain the required skills demanded by the labor market.
