A number of faculty members and staff from the College of Health and Medical Technologies participated in the specialized workshop organized by the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance at Al-Mustaqbal University on the occasion of World Accreditation Day, with the participation of quality assurance officers and heads of quality units from the university’s colleges. The workshop was attended by Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim from the Department of Anesthesia Techniques, accompanied by Dr. Ahmed Najm, Head of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Unit at the College of Health and Medical Technologies. Their participation reflects the college’s commitment to promoting a culture of quality and academic accreditation and supporting institutional development initiatives. The workshop, led by Dr. Riyadh Hamid Salman, Director of the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance, addressed the latest developments in academic and institutional accreditation, as well as mechanisms for implementing quality standards to enhance university performance and improve educational outcomes in line with national and international standards. The event also featured scientific discussions focusing on the importance of accreditation in improving the quality of teaching, learning, scientific research, and university services. In addition, participants reviewed several successful practices and experiences that support the readiness of academic programs and educational institutions for accreditation requirements. This participation reflects the College of Health and Medical Technologies’ dedication to engaging in scientific and developmental activities organized by the university, contributing to its academic standing and reinforcing the principles of quality and institutional excellence.
