The Central Library was established with the establishment of the University in 2010. The University started the formation of the nucleus of its library and was keen to develop it by providing books, references and periodicals in order to provide the opportunity for teachers, students and researchers to keep pace with the latest developments in their field of specialization. The acquisition of the whole human intellectual product, so it seeks to obtain all these materials of academic level, which provide its purposes, whether these materials are expensive or rare, a manuscript or an image recorded tapes or movies.
