Publishing & Submission Instructions
Guidelines for Submitting Research Papers to the Conference:
1.The submitted paper must be original and must not have been previously published or presented at any other conference or scientific journal.
2.Papers are accepted in English only, and an abstract must be included.
3.Authors must adhere to a rigorous scientific writing style and proper academic citation using either APA or Vancouver style, depending on the conference discipline.
4. The manuscript must be prepared using Microsoft Word with the following specifications:
English text: Times New Roman, font size 12
5.The length of the paper should be 10–15 pages, including tables, figures, and references.
6.Papers must be submitted in both Word and PDF formats via email or through the conference’s designated electronic submission platform within the specified deadline.
7.All submissions will be subject to peer review by the conference scientific committee, which reserves the right to request necessary revisions.
8.The author bears full scientific and ethical responsibility for the content of the paper and any related intellectual property rights.
9.Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings or in the conference’s affiliated scientific journal, in accordance with publication requirements.
10. Payment of the required participation and publication fees is mandatory for inclusion in the final conference program.
Final review decisions are approved by the scientific committee, and authors will be officially notified of acceptance, revision, or rejection.
11.Papers must include the following components:
-Title of the paper
-Authors’ names and institutional affiliations
-Abstract and keywords
-Introduction, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusions
-List of references
