Call for Papers

Originality: The submitted paper must be original and must not have been previously published or submitted for publication in another journal or conference. Languages: Papers may be submitted in Arabic or English and must fall within the approved conference themes. Abstract: Each submission must include a clear and concise abstract covering the research problem, objectives, methodology, and main findings, along with relevant keywords. Full Paper: The paper should include Introduction, Research Problem, Objectives, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusions and Recommendations, and References, in accordance with the conference template. Referencing: Papers must follow the APA style for in-text citations and references and should use recent and reliable academic sources whenever possible. Peer Review: All submitted papers will undergo scientific peer review by specialized reviewers. Authors are required to address the reviewers’ comments and make the requested revisions before final acceptance. Research Integrity: Authors must adhere to the principles of academic integrity and avoid plagiarism and any form of research misconduct. Formatting: Papers must be prepared according to the official conference template and formatting requirements specified by the Scientific Committee. Presentation: Authors of accepted papers are required to present their papers during the scheduled scientific sessions of the conference. Publication: Accepted papers that meet all publication requirements will be published in the Conference Proceedings, subject to the procedures and regulations approved by the Scientific Committee. Responsibility: Authors are fully responsible for the academic content of their papers, including the accuracy of data, references, and research findings. Deadlines: Authors must adhere to the announced deadlines for abstract submission, full-paper submission, revisions, and registration.
