Publishing & Submission Instructions
1. The paper must fall within one of the conference themes.
2. Only papers written in English are accepted.
3. The paper must be typed in Times New Roman, font size 12 for the main text, and must not exceed 20 pages. The abstract should not exceed 200 words, and the title should be written in bold, font size 14.
4. Authors’ names, academic affiliations, and email addresses must be clearly stated below the paper title.
5. The total number of pages, including appendices, must not exceed 20 pages in A4 size.
6. Abstracts and full papers must be submitted exclusively through the conference website, and the submission must include the author’s full name and the corresponding conference theme.
7. All papers will undergo scientific peer review by specialized reviewers. A paper may be accepted, rejected, or returned for revision based on the reviewers’ recommendations. Authors must comply with the decisions of the Scientific Committee and with the publication requirements of the journals approved by the conference.
8. The paper must exhibit depth, originality, scientific rigor, and proper referencing to original sources.
9. The paper must not have been previously published in any journal or presented at any conference.
10. All papers are subject to plagiarism checking, and any paper with a similarity rate exceeding 20% will be rejected.
11. Authors must adhere to the accepted scientific and academic writing standards, and it is preferable that the abstract includes keywords.
