Publishing & Submission Instructions
1- Papers must fall within one of the conference themes.
2- Only papers written in English will be accepted.
3- Manuscripts must be prepared using Times New Roman, font size 12, and should not exceed 20 A4 pages. The title must be in bold, font size 14, and the abstract must not exceed 200 words.
4- The first page must include the paper title, authors' names, affiliations, and the corresponding author's email address.
5- Abstracts and full papers must be submitted exclusively through the conference website under the appropriate conference theme.
6- All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept, request revisions, or reject any submission.
7- Papers should demonstrate originality, scientific quality, sound methodology, and proper citation of references.
8- Submitted papers must not have been previously published, submitted for publication, or presented at another conference.
9- All papers will be screened using Turnitin, and the similarity index must not exceed 20%.
10- The use of AI-generated content must not exceed 25% and should comply with research ethics and transparency requirements.
11- Authors must comply with accepted academic writing and research ethics standards. Including keywords in the abstract is recommended.
12- Accepted papers will be published in the conference-approved journals according to each journal's publication requirements and after completing the peer-review process.
13- The conference registration fee is USD 100 per accepted paper. The registration fee includes conference attendance, conference kit, and a certificate of participation. Publication fees (if applicable) shall be determined according to the policies of the hosting journal. Publication in Al-Mustaqbal University journals is free of charge for accepted papers, subject to the journal's publication requirements.
