The Dean of the Engineering Technical College, Assistant Professor Dr. Azhar Mohsen Abdul, discussed with the heads of units and departments a number of files related to the progress of academic and administrative work during a meeting held on Tuesday, 21/4/2026, in his office. The meeting included a review of what had been implemented during the previous period and the plans that had been accomplished, which included organizing class schedules, developing curricula, monitoring attendance, enhancing scientific activities, and improving administrative procedures. It also addressed the developments and achievements made by the college across its various units and departments as an indicator of institutional performance improvement. During the meeting, preparations for examinations were discussed, where emphasis was placed on ensuring the availability of necessary organizational requirements and providing a suitable environment to guarantee the smooth conduct of the examination process. The Dean also stressed the importance of strengthening coordination between units and departments and raising the level of administrative readiness in the upcoming phase, while benefiting from previous challenges to improve institutional performance. This meeting comes within the framework of supporting the quality of education and enhancing institutional efficiency, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions).
