We would like to note that Head of Disabilities & Special Needs Unit, Mr. Sajjad Razzaq Al-Hilali, with the Students Amjad and Ahmed Muhammad, have been honored by the State of Kuwait Delegation. This initiative, being part of the First International Youth Scout Forum, embodies indeed the Delegation s appreciation to the active participation and positive contribution of Mr. Al-Hilali in the enhancement of Scouting Activities and their prominent role in integrating People with Disabilities & Special Needs into all Types of Events. For his part, Mr. Ahmed Hasan Shakir, Director of Student Activities Department at Al-Mustaqbal University, has expressed his pride of honoring these students and the Unit Official, emphasizing the importance of their efforts in achieving full integration of People with Disabilities into University Life. After all, we are obliged to note that First International Youth Scout Forum has clearly highlighted the role of University Scout Youth and the vitality of Volunteer Work, being empowered and expanded with Qualitative International Participation represented by the Delegations of Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Sultanate of Oman.
