The goal was to enhance their skills in utilizing modern technologies to improve the academic and administrative work environment. Training Course Topics: The courses focused on several key areas, including: ✅ The concept of e-management and its role in the digital transformation of educational institutions. ✅ Characteristics of e-management, including speed in processing transactions, data accuracy, reduction of human errors, and ensuring transparency. ✅ Benefits of e-management, such as facilitating administrative processes, improving service quality for students and staff, saving time and effort, and enhancing digital security. ✅ The main electronic systems used at the university, such as online registration systems, human resources management, digital archiving, and e-learning platforms. ✅ Challenges in implementing e-management and ways to overcome them through technological infrastructure development and staff training. Course Details: The course lasted for a full week, with two lectures per day, delivered by a distinguished group of experts in the field: 📌 Asst. Final Recommendations: At the conclusion of the course, the instructors highlighted the necessity of fully transitioning to e-management, stressing the importance of providing the appropriate infrastructure and continuous training to ensure success. Additionally, they proposed establishing regular workshops to keep up with the latest developments in e-management and leverage cutting-edge technologies in this field. The Technology Incubator at Al-Mustaqbal University, in collaboration with the Artificial Intelligence Department of the College of Science, organized a workshop on web design and development, presented by Assistant Lecturer Mohammed Maytham. The workshop covered an introduction to web design, web programming, the differences between static and dynamic websites, as well as an explanation of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. The workshop aimed to equip participants with a fundamental understanding of web development and encourage them to explore this field as a promising career path.

A specialized workshop on the central fingerprint system was conducted under the supervision of the esteemed Head of the Technological Incubator Division, Assistant Professor Dr. Azher Mohsen Abdul. The workshop was delivered by the programmer Mr. Diaa Munir Kazem, providing a detailed explanation of how to use the system, make necessary adjustments, and prepare required reports. The workshop aimed to enable participants to effectively monitor the system and obtain accurate and precise data on employees' attendance and absence, contributing to improved human resources management and ensuring system efficiency.

Under the patronage of the esteemed President of Al-Mustaqbal University and the supervision of the distinguished Director of the Technological Incubator Division, Al-Mustaqbal University held a workshop titled "Cybersecurity Awareness." The workshop was conducted by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Mohsen Hassoun, a faculty member in the College of Computer Science and Information Technology at the University of Karbala. The workshop covered essential measures to protect personal and institutional data from unauthorized use. The speaker also discussed the most common types of cyber-attacks and the technical consequences and potential loss of important data that can result. The event was attended by professors and students from Al-Mustaqbal University, particularly from the Computer Engineering and Cybersecurity departments. Attendees engaged in technical discussions, sharing ideas and insights aimed at increasing cybersecurity awareness among Al-Mustaqbal University students.

The session discussed aspects of designing and structuring the electronic platform to facilitate university research processes and update content in an effective manner. Wamid Diaa Shamsi, website official at Al Mustabal University, brought together representatives of websites from various departments and colleges, to discuss and exchange experiences on how to develop websites and understand the new interfaces that have been developed. The workshop included interactive sessions on the latest technologies and practices in the field of website design and development. A detailed explanation of the new interfaces and updates introduced to improve the user experience was provided. Ideas were also exchanged on how to integrate these improvements with the university’s content and provide more effective and attractive information to visitors.
