The Measurement and Evaluation Unit at Al-Mustaqbal University aims to enhance the educational process by developing methods for assessing and measuring academic performance. This is achieved through the design and implementation of measurement tools that contribute to evaluating students academic achievement and skills. Additionally, the unit supports faculty members in developing tests and analyzing their results to ensure the attainment of outstanding learning outcomes in alignment with global academic standards.

1- Promoting the culture of measurement and evaluation among students, faculty, and administrative staff at Al-Mustaqbal University. 2- Enhancing the quality of education by developing advanced and standardized assessment tools. 3- Ensuring fairness and transparency in evaluating the performance of students and faculty members. 4- Supporting academic and administrative decision-making by providing accurate data and informed analyses. 5- Building academic and administrative capacities through specialized training programs. 6- Conducting necessary research and studies to improve the educational process and develop policies.

Ongoing Final and Evaluative Examinations at the College of Pharmacy – Al-Mustaqbal University

As part of Al-Mustaqbal University's commitment to implementing the highest standards of academic quality and organizing the examination process in alignment with assessment and evaluation criteria, the university continues to conduct final and evaluative examinations for the second semester. These exams are held under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, the esteemed University President, guided by Asst. Prof. Dr. Abbas Abdul Baoui, Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, and overseen by Prof. Dr. Saad Fathallah Elalem, Director of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit at the university. In this context, the College of Pharmacy continues its examinations under the direct supervision of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Khalid Faleh, Dean of the College, with field follow-up by Dr. Mohammed Abdulrahman, Scientific Assistant Dean, and Dr. Nada Khazaal, Head of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit at the College. The exams were conducted in full compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, with the preparation of all technical and logistical requirements, including seating charts for students, and the organized distribution of exam questions and answer sheets (Bubble Sheets). The College’s Measurement and Evaluation Unit played a key role in managing the process, starting with training students on exam protocols and how to properly interact with exam materials, followed by evaluating the exams from organizational and academic aspects, and measuring students' satisfaction with the examinations. These steps ensure transparency and fairness in the assessment process. The examinations were conducted in a well-organized academic environment in which students adhered to ministerial guidelines and regulations. The process was also closely monitored by Prof. Dr. Faez Ali Rasheed Al-Mamouri, Head of the Ministerial Committee supervising evaluative exams at Al-Mustaqbal University and a member of the Committee of Pharmacy Deans in Iraq. Dr. Al-Mamouri commended the smooth and efficient conduct of the examinations. Students expressed their satisfaction with the exam environment and the high level of organization within the examination halls. They praised the efforts of the College administration and its academic and administrative staff, which reflects Al-Mustaqbal University’s dedication to upholding evaluation standards and enhancing the quality of the educational process and its outcomes.


Continued Administration, Monitoring, and Evaluation of Final Examinations at the College of Fine Arts – Al-Mustaqbal University

As part of Al-Mustaqbal University's commitment to applying the highest standards of academic quality and adhering to measurement and evaluation methodologies, the university's colleges continue to conduct final examinations. This process is held under the patronage of Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, the esteemed University President, under the guidance of Assistant Professor Dr. Abbas Abdul Baoi, Vice President for Scientific Affairs, and the follow-up of Professor Dr. Saad Fathallah Elalem, Director of the University’s Measurement and Evaluation Unit. In this context, the College of Fine Arts continues to administer final examinations across its departments under the direct supervision of Professor Dr. Huda Hashem Mohammed, Dean of the College, with field follow-up by Dr. Ali Atiya Mousa, the Scientific Assistant, and Dr. Suhaila Kadhem Jasem, Head of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit in the college. The exams are conducted in full compliance with ministerial examination regulations and in alignment with academic quality and accreditation standards. The examinations have been conducted in a calm and well-organized environment, with students adhering to all ministerial guidelines—reflecting the keen dedication of the college’s administration, academic, and administrative staff to ensuring the success of the examination process. The exams at the College of Fine Arts are proceeding with a high degree of smoothness and organization, in accordance with the regulations and instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The college remains committed to providing a supportive examination environment that enables students to perform confidently and effectively—contributing to the achievement of academic program goals and reaffirming the university’s commitment to enhancing the quality of higher education.


Continuing the Final and Ministerial Exams Performance, Monitoring, and Evaluation at the College of Science - Al-Mustaqbal University

As part of Al-Mustaqbal University's commitment to applying the highest academic quality standards and adhering to measurement and evaluation methodologies, the university's colleges continue to conduct the final exams, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, the esteemed President of the University, and the guidance of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abbas Abdelbawi, Vice President for Scientific Affairs, with monitoring by Prof. Dr. Saad Fathallah Al-Alam, Director of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit at the university. The College of Science continues to monitor and evaluate the exams across all its departments, with direct supervision from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Furat Hamza Al-Sultani, Dean of the College, the heads of the scientific departments, and on-the-ground follow-up by Dr. Sara Mahdi Obaid, Head of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit in the College, in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Exams commenced in the Department of Life Sciences in a distinguished organizational atmosphere, with students adhering to the ministry's exam instructions and regulations, reflecting their awareness and commitment to performing well. The exams are conducted according to the approved academic standards, ensuring a suitable exam environment that contributes to supporting students and ensuring fairness and transparency in evaluation. The exam halls are equipped with all necessary logistical and technical facilities to ensure the success of the exam process. The Measurement and Evaluation Unit continues to monitor the implementation of evaluation standards with transparency throughout the exam period, striving to enhance academic performance and ensure the achievement of robust educational outcomes that align with the requirements of academic accreditation and the pillars of modern university education at Al-Mustaqbal University.
