The importance of sports for the human heart

There are many people who suffer from heart diseases. At the same times the studies noticed that most of those people are afraid to do exercise and thinking that it will be stress on their heart muscle and cause more complications and diseases. but this is what the studies had proved completely wrong. it has been always recommended for heart patients to practice some appropriate exercises that increase the strength of the heart muscle. The important sports for the heart will describe as follows:
 Exercising is an important for fitness in general and for the heart muscle in particular, as increasing the ability of heart muscle to perform its function of pumping blood.
 inactivity and laziness lead to increase in the accumulation of fat in the body, weight gain, and the accumulation of harmful cholesterol on the inner wall of the arteries and blood vessels. on reason from what mentioned above can be the cause of the heart diseases such as clots, atherosclerosis, and blood vessels. but with exercising can protect the heart and arteries from various diseases and eliminate Fat and excess weight. at the same times reduce the proportion of bad cholesterol and raise the proportion of good cholesterol.
 Activating the blood circulation in the body, as it transports nutrients and oxygen to the cells of the body and transfers toxins and carbon dioxide. the heart is a part of the heart system and thus gets its need from food and oxygen with ease.
 Exercise removes stress, depression, and negative energy from the body, and these feelings effect on heart and its health.
 Exercise increases the body's ability to sleep and absorb it, thus allowing the heart muscle to rest a little from the workload. The body's activity during sleeping mood is less compared to the day times and during work.
 Exercise lowers blood pressure for those who suffering from hypertension.
 increasing in happiness and mood improvement in humans, this leads to activate the heart muscle and protect it from diseases.
 Accustoming the heart muscle to high effort and thus increasing the efficiency of its work and not feeling fatigue and tired when making any sudden effort.
strenuous exercise should be avoided in cases of heart disease in order not to strain the muscle, such as: climbing heights, and fast jogging. it is possible to practice brisk walking and swimming with enough rest from time to time and stop playing in case of extreme fatigue or feeling short of breath.
