At the presence & guardianship of Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, Dean of Al-Mustaqbal University College, the graduation projects of 5th year students at the Biomedical Engineering Department have been widely discussed and investigated.
Some of these projects have been dealing with advanced technologies related to MRI techniques that are utilized in measuring the brain gap and effect of age on it. A second group of projects have been focusing on the impact of one’s sight on his/her balance while walking.
It is remarkable to note that the medical measurements and analysis of signal as well as vibrations have been carried out in the labs of the Biomedical Engineering Dept. For his part, Head of the Department, Dr. Engineer Amin Ktab, has confirmed that these measurements have been implemented through the use of latest equipment in the processes of information analysis, in addition to keeping in touch with International Universities to emphasize conclusions and interpretation of images.
