Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineering Department at Al-Mustaqbal University College has been honored with a Certificate of Excellence due to attaining the First Place among Private Colleges & Universities as per the Iraqi Universities Ranking (IRU).
In a Special Ceremony, the Certificate of Excellence has been delivered by the Head of Scientific Supervision & Evaluation Authority at the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research Prof. Dr. Salah Al-Fatlawi to Assist. Prof Dr. Azher M. Abid, Head of Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineering Department at Al-Mustaqbal University College.
In a statement, Dr. Azher has clarified that MUC Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Department has been uniquely recognized for obtaining a Certificate of Accreditation offered by the Federation of Arab Engineers, in addition to pursuing the criteria adopted by the American ABET (Accreditation Board of Engineering & Technology).
It is considerable to note as well that the Department has been prominent and reputable in many applied projects in the field of Solar & Sustainable Energy, strengthening meanwhile the relations with the Private Sector as an essential procedure for promoting innovation, industry and infrastructure, in addition to graduating engineers with experience and applied capabilities that serve the labor market.
For his part, Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, Dean of Al-Mustaqbal University College has emphasized the fact that MUC nowadays is a highly distinguished institution as accomplishing lots of unique achievements and attaining the First Place among the Private Colleges & Universities in Iraq. There is no doubt after all that Al-Mustaqbal University College is worth receiving A Certificate of Excellence.
