The Department of Dental Industry Techniques at Al-Mustaqbal University College was established at the start of the Academic Year 2022 – 2023, with the intention of graduating technicians who could skilfully do their job in the various hospitals, specialized centres and laboratories where the main focus is to produce materials required for the dental industry.
The Department of Dental Industry Techniques aspires to become unique and highly distinguished, keeping up with the latest developments in the field of dental industry so as to qualify highly skilled technicians who could provide the best services in their field.
The Department Mission can be summarized in qualifying graduates, highly skilled in their specialization so that they could do their job effectively in the field of Dental Industry.
The Department Objectives can be summarized as follows:
1. Teaching and training students, theoretically as well as practically, on all steps related to the field of partial and complete dentures.
2. Students shall be enabled through practical training to compose removable orthodontic braces and maxillofacial prostheses.
3. Students shall acquire the ability to manufacture crowns and bridges.
4. Students are assumed to become familiar with the information related to dental materials and their characteristics.
5. Students should get acquainted with the techniques of dental devices.
6. Graduates, being fully qualified, shall have the ability to address all types of developments in the field of dental industry.
